At bentley88, we believe that gaming should always be fun — never a burden. Our responsible gaming programme is built to give Malaysian players the tools, knowledge, and support to stay in control at every step of their journey.
bentley88 is Malaysia's trusted online betting and casino platform, and with that trust comes a genuine responsibility. We know that for the vast majority of players across Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, and Petaling Jaya, gambling is a form of entertainment — nothing more, nothing less. But we also understand that for some, it can become a challenge.
That's why responsible gaming at bentley88 isn't just a policy page — it's a living, active part of how we operate. We've integrated practical tools directly into your account dashboard so you can manage your habits without having to jump through hoops. No lengthy phone calls, no waiting. Just straightforward controls that put you in the driver's seat.
Whether you want to set a weekly deposit limit of RM 200 or take a complete break from the platform for 30 days, bentley88 makes it seamless. We encourage every player to approach their gaming with a clear budget, a time limit, and the confidence to walk away when the session is done.
Every bentley88 account comes with a built-in suite of responsible gaming tools — no special requests needed. Here's what you have access to from day one.
Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once your limit is reached, bentley88 will automatically prevent further top-ups until the period resets. You can lower your limit instantly; increases take 24 hours to activate — giving you time to reconsider.
Lose track of time during a live casino session or a Sportsbook fixture? Set session reminders and bentley88 will notify you at your chosen interval — 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours — so you always know how long you've been playing.
If you feel your gambling is getting out of hand, our self-exclusion tool lets you block access to your bentley88 account for a fixed period — from 1 week up to 5 years — or permanently. This takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion window.
Need a short break without full exclusion? A cooling-off period lets you pause all betting activity for 24 hours, 72 hours, or 7 days. During this time, you cannot deposit, place bets, or access promotional offers. A gentle reset when you need it most.
Beyond deposit controls, you can also cap how much you're willing to lose in a set period. Once your net loss reaches the threshold you've defined, further wagers are blocked for the remainder of that period. A critical safety net for disciplined players.
Full transparency over your gaming history at bentley88. Review every deposit, withdrawal, and bet placed — filterable by date and game type. Knowing your patterns is the first step to managing them. Your complete transaction record is always just a few clicks away.
Responsible gaming starts with honest self-reflection. The questions on the right are commonly used by counsellors and support organisations to help individuals identify whether their gambling habits may be causing harm.
There are no right or wrong answers here — this is purely for your own awareness. If you answer "yes" to two or more of these questions, we strongly encourage you to use bentley88's self-exclusion tool or reach out to one of the independent support resources listed further down this page.
Remember: asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. bentley88 is committed to connecting every player who needs support with the right resources, quickly and without judgment.
If you are in immediate financial distress related to gambling, please contact a support line before placing your next bet. Chasing losses rarely ends well — take a break first.

All bentley88 accounts require verified proof of age. Players must be 21 years old or above to register, deposit, and place bets on any product — including Sportsbook, Slots, and Live Casino. We use robust KYC checks to enforce this without exception.
